I'm somewhat new to FoxPro but I understand that if the database or index gets corrupted you have to restore from a backup disk or tape. At DevCon I saw a database toolkit that does for FoxPro somewhat like Oracle. They said that it could repair indexes and databases automatically. I haven't checked them out yet but it looks promising.
