No I don't mean that, still use DTS. Begin with a simple test table. Invoke DTS wizard and after selecting source and destination, select "Use a query to specify the data to transfer". Follow steps with little tweaks (such as adding corresponding field to create table script) and choose to save VBScript. Check the generated script. It's still DTS activex code.
