I am using MM .NET v2.2. I want to be able to view MM .NET source code from the code editor by right-clicking and selecting Go to Definition. I have followed the steps in the Getting Started sections of the manual to add the MM .NET projects to my solution.

When I right-click an item and select Go to Definiton, I only see metadata about the item. I expected to see actual code.
