Why on earth do different windows within VS2005 and SQL MS scroll in opposite directions WRT mouse wheel rolls? It's unbelievably frustrating having 3/4 of the windows scroll correctly and the others incorrectly.

For example in SQLMS the code window scrolls correctly and the results grids incorrectly.

In the Help system launched from VS2005: Contents pane correctly, index pane incorrectly, the search pane incorrectly, the actual help topic itself correctly.
