I need to upgrade my VFP 6, that came bundled with Visual Studio 6 as part of a MSDN Subsciption that I purchased for a few years.

Does VFP 9 come with any of the MSDN subscriptions?

Is VFP 9 part of Visual Studio 2005? I assume that is the lastest replacement for Visual Studio 6?
