Don't send BEGIN TRANSACTION to the server when you are using
SQLSETPROP(nrucka , 'Transactions', 2) && manual

If removing it doesn't fix the problem, you'll have to post small, but complete repro code. Complete means - I copy the code into PRG file, change connection string, hit run button and it runs. You should also include description of the expected and actual results.
