Hi Martin,

I was not aware of the existence of PDM. I'll try it tomorrow. I guess the html texts can be loaded into Word and then comments could be added by reviewers. Do you regard it as an appropriate tool in a code review process?

>RapidDoc is commercial product without source code. Yes, you can use ReFox for decompilation, for will fix bugs, adding new features.

>Maybe the best choice would be so author release RapidDoc's source code for VFPY.

>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>I'm searching for a tool that will be helpful in reviewing. I think that the commenting feature in Word will be helpful. Therefore I searched for a tool that creates a Word document. RapidDoc from FoxWiz does exactly that, so today I did some tests with the evaluation version (www.foxwiz.com). Rapiddoc did the job quite well. However, there are some remarks and I'd appreciate a small discussion here. Daniel Byers - the creator of RapidDoc - is invited to participate. He is or was a UT member, but his last contribution is from 2003. I assume he's currently more involved in the C++ world. Here are my remarks and questions:
>>>
>>>RapidDoc is built with vfp6 and has not been revised since 2003. How about the support, now and in the future, then? How about new options in more recent vfp-versions?
>>>When pressing F1 RapidDoc states the documentation is currently worked on and will be sent to the registered users later on. Has FoxWiz succeeded in creating that doc? (BTW, the functionality is quite straightforward and amply needs documentation, I think.)
>>>Tabs and indenting in the Word document do not match with tabs and indenting in my source code. Can this be set by the user?
>>>The font of program code in the Word document is not fixed. Can this be set by the user?
>>>The evaluation copy promised me 10 startups, but the second startup already told me that the evaluation period had expired.
>>>
>>>I guess I can ask FoxWiz for another copy to evaluate the product and to shed light on the other remarks and questions. But I'd also appreciate feedback about other tools that promise what I'm looking for.
Groet,
Peter de Valença
