Try:
Update RptTjedniKm ;
Set Startkm = Kmtr.MaxKm;
FROM RptTjedniKm;
INNER JOIN (Select kilometri.ID, Max(kilometri.stanjekm);
From kilometri;
GROUP BY Id WHERE datum < ldDatod) Kmtr;
ON RptTjednikm.ID = Kmtr.ID
