Depending on what the "do something" is doing, such code goes into form's init. Once there, the creative part begins :).
Just like any automatic process, designed to help programmers, conversion can't be perfect. Its purpose is to do the 90% of the grunt work in 10% of time (or less), so you can use the remaining 90% of your time to do the difficult 10%.
