start to admit to all of yours and yourself that you need help.. Don't feel shy for this.. Ask and cry for help.. There is many and many very serious institution that can really help you..

At the christian church they ussualy have good programs, that envolve medical attendance,labortherapy, etc.. But, beyond that, the ministration of God in your life..

Socially speaking your problem is very hard to live.. But, with serious people's helping you.. soon you will be free..

You're not alone.. many and many people has that same problem.. go now.. and ask for help.. don't wait a little second more..
