I'm assuming that you're talking about the 3-slash comments? (///)

I've noticed that if I'm using a class that is in a project that is included in my solution, then the comments will show up just fine. But, if the project is not actually in the solution (in other words, if I'm simply referencing the project through a DLL reference), then those comments do not show up. I don't know of any way to get it to work in that situation.
