I remember watching the Michael Douglas show when I was young(er). :o) I also saw the New Years Eve Tonight Show with Johnny Carson when Robert Blake showed up drunk as a skunk. Now I've really dated myself... :o)

>>For years, I've wanted three TV series to come out on DVD. Wild Wild West, Get Smart, and Mission Impossible. Wild Wild West, Season 1 came out earlier this year. Today I received Get Smart, the complete series. Guess what I'm doing tonight!

>>Still waiting for Mission Impossible.

>I saw the whole set of Combat! Very good stuff to this day.

>OTOH I watched the first DVD of "Voyage to the Bottom of The Sea" and found it to be dated, and somewhat funny for the low budget, B-movie, effects. I did like it when it was in production back then (yes, I am that old). I did not rent the rest, nor plan to do so.

>The "Twiligtht Zone" series is also a good one to get (or rent), plus "I love Lucy" and "The Honeymooners".

>Been also renting "The Dick Cavett Show" on-and-off. Very interesting interviews in the '70, especially the comedians. I saw the episodes with Jack Benny, Groucho, Lucy, Bill Cosby and Woody Allen. All good.
