Sergey, this happened right before I was leaving work so I do not know for certain but I do believe that EXCLUSIVE is set off. In fact, the process that runs has two calls - the first one worked without an issue.

I will double check the EXCLUSIVE setting tomorrow at work. Could it be anything else?
