Hi Dwayne,
I've been running into this with some old FPW 2.6 apps which have been changed from running under Novell 3.1x/Win 3.1 to Novell 4.x (Client32)/Win 95. These apps had been running without problems for a couple of years previously. The applications are responsible for tables with 200,000+ records (this hasn't happened with tables with less than 100,000 records. The have compound indexes, and deleting the CDX file fixes the problem.
I posted a similar problem, and got a private response sometime later from Ed Rauh (thanks Ed). He said that he thinks that it's connected to NetWare Client32 version 2.2.0, and suggests disabling write caching.
