I had this problem too. I found a kb article on this http://www/microsoft.com/kb/developr/fox/q142973. But this didnt work for me. So,I completely removed 3.ob and installed 3.0 and ran setup wiz again and that seemed to fix my problem. Also,do you have long file names?
