Here is the update - SET EXCLUSIVE OFF is the setting. I ran the EXE on my notebook without issue and did the same with a co-worker that does not have the VFP 9 software just the EXE. That works fine for him and we are all on the same Windows network and are in the same bldg.

The target person that is slated to run the EXE continues to have the recurring issue with the following error message:

Error: 1705
File access is denied.

Got any other ideas?

>>Sergey, this happened right before I was leaving work so I do not know for certain but I do believe that EXCLUSIVE is set off. In fact, the process that runs has two calls - the first one worked without an issue.

>>I will double check the EXCLUSIVE setting tomorrow at work. Could it be anything else?

>The 1705 error also can be result of a backup running or agressive anti-virus.
