If they are using AXXIS on tomcat, there can be trouble the way the WS is set up in their servers (in essence resticting the communication) and in the way AXXIS mangles their session ID's into specific headers not really intuitive after reading the WSDL only <g>.

Yes, I did try sniffing. Unfortunately, the communication is over SSL and I only see the encrypted data.
