In a regular e-mail client, this is done with the "BCC" option. CC = "carbon copy" - everyone sees the recipients of the copies. BCC = "blind carbon copy" - nobody can see that additional copies have been sent to the people in the BCC list.

GMail (Web-based) has the same option.

Just put all the recipients into "BCC" instead of "To:"
