The report has different bands (in Spanish, that might be "franjas"):
The Detail band repeats for every record.
The Page Header and Page Footer repeat once every page.
The Report Header and Report Footer print only once for the report.
You can create additional groups, each with its own header and footer. These print every time some expression changes. For instance, this is useful to have totals by year, and subtotals by month (or by client, etc.). These are created with the command "Data grouping".
Where (in what band) you put a field will determine when it will be printed, for instance, once for every record, or once for every page.
