It's all about GetNextModified() :)
ie:

lnNext = GetNextModified(0)
do while m.lnNext # 0
  go m.lnNext
  if m.lnNext < 0 && new record
*...
  else && update
*...
  endif
  lnNext = GetNextModified(m.lnNext)
enddo
