For those who may think I have some special relations with English language, I may try to convince them I'm an equal opportunity language (ab)user...

Here's my take on the usage of the word "Правильно". IMO, it means "regularly", or literally, "according to the rules". Now what confused me totally was the use of that word instead of "yes". Once in Moscow I got really intrigued by this, when the concierge answered a simple yes-or-no question with "правильно"... I simply had to ask her "по какому же правилу?" (by which rule would that be?). She couldn't make the connection between "правило" and "правильно". For her, those words existed in separate universes. I had a complete lack of communication on the matter, so... what's up? Am I completely misunderstanding the word? Maybe I've assigned it its Serbian meaning? And I figure it wasn't just this one lady/comrade, it was many people there, or else I wouldn't have noticed it nor taken interest in it.
