This is getting so predictable.

1) I emailed Futureshop about their photo uploader not working with Windows Vista. They replied that they don't support beta software. I had to explain (to a company that sells high technology prodocts) that it isn't beta. They gave a non commital answer about looking into it

2) Phone my VPN technical support guys about the VPN not working with Vista, they said they don't support beta software. I explain that it isn't beta, MSDN subcribers can download it. They say they probably won't support Vista for a few years anyhow. I explain that a lot of people will probably be buying new home computer with Vista in the next few months and will probably be less pressure to debug the system with just me than dozen of irate people. Non commital answer.

3) Later in the day I phone the email technical support guys about Outlook webmail not working well with Vista. They say they don't support beta...

You think support people would want to try to solve these issues before the tidal wave comes.
