>>>Not that much anymore - now that my hair decided it's had enough of my crazy head. But six years ago, Bret (Empie) said I was looking like Ian more than Ian himself did :). Don't remember whether that was before or after the concert.

>>Your recent picture gainsays that. You seem to have a lot of hair, or is it a "syrup" (rhyming slang - see if you can figure that one out)?

I thought you were just naturally "High-brow". Anyway, under all that "scraggle" I don't think Anderson had all that much really.

>Syrup... stirrup? Coverup? I think I couldn't keep up with a rhyming slang even if it was in Serbian.

Remember that you don't pronounce the actual rhyming bit of the expression. Hence: "Syrup of fig" - wig.

>Our slangs are much more contextual, innuendo style, or picturesque. Or, quite often, syllable-swapping (vozdra instead of "zdravo" for hello, etc). Rhyming, not that I remember.

We call that "Back-slang" - under various guises. Used to use a version a lot aigin maigy yaigouth (not the same I know). Some people say "Dog Latin"?
