So, as I was saying: I noticed that this problem happens only if Internet Explorer is the default browser. It does NOT happen with Opera, nor with FireFox.
Since Opera and FireFox are better browsers than Internet Explorer anyway, I recommend to use one of those.
The user can have more than one browser installed on the computer, and use them, but FireFox (or Opera) should be specified as the default browser.
