I have tried PDM. It's quite nice indeed. However, I was unable to make good use of the HTML in Word. Any time I press a hyperlink, it invokes the browser, instead of jumping to another location in the document. Therefore, use of Word's commenting facility is not really possible.
Do you have any suggestion as to how it can be used as a tool in a code review process?
