There is no practical way. One that you can come close is to use "code references" for a project and do a "name based" search.
Impractically you could create a program that checks each and every vcx,scx,prg etc files on given harddisk(s) (yes it's possible to have a subclass in a scx,mnx... too - anywhere you can write code is a search target including data files, even exe would be target of search because it's possible).
