Riyaz the code should be easy to understand but if u like take a look into Sharp Develop 2.0 http://www.icsharpcode.net/opensource/sd/ this will also enable you to convert any C# code into VB.NET Code and also the opposite from VB.NET code to c# code very usefull when you don't want to rewrite the entire code block.
