Woke up and can't fall asleep. Before 3am I will try to fall asleep, after that I just give up and have a very early breakfast and read. It's just a trick but if I fight these occassional fits of insomonia, I feel exhausted, but if I go with the flow it's not so bad.

3am is morning before before is the middle of the night.
