You should have given me a call. Same thing happened to me last nite. Got up at 3am to go to the bathroom, feed the cats. Laid down waiting to visit La-La land. Never happened. Except for maybe 30 minutes.

>Woke up and can't fall asleep. Before 3am I will try to fall asleep, after that I just give up and have a very early breakfast and read. It's just a trick but if I fight these occassional fits of insomonia, I feel exhausted, but if I go with the flow it's not so bad.
