Try to "eat" the formfeed printer command to a dummy file, like this

Set printer to ...
report form ... nopageeject
set printer to file dummy.xxx 
eject && this will force a formfeed, but it will go to a file, and not to the printer
set printer to ...
eras dummy.xxx
