>I do the same thing. If I dont' read, I will still be wide awake at 3:00am. If a book is really good though I may find myself still awake at 3:00am. Typically I start to nod off after about an hour to an hour and a half of reading though. I usually get 5-6 hours of sleep a night. It's been that way since my daughter was born.
And it's all "beauty sleep" :-)
