Oh but only if you could have tasted it (is pig's blood allowed even if the meat isn't?). It's a northern UK thing. I once introduced it to my flat-mate (a Londoner, Greek, who'd eat anything). When I got home one evening he said, "I 'ad sam ov vat black paddin' ind it wozn't very noice - too gooey an' soft!"
"Did you eat it raw?"
"Yeah, whoi? ..."

He thought it was like a liver sausage

I told him it needs to be fried till dry, black and brittle.

A bit of that on the fork, with some sausage, bacon, fried egg, fried mushroom, fried bread, and beans ... you're talking oral sex!
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
