What is the "best" way of checking for a DLL at runtime?
The DLL in question is rapi.dll and I think that is an unmanaged dll. The rapi.dll is installed with ActiveSync. It appears that ActiveSync installs the rapi.dll in the System32 folder and I guess I could do a simple File.Exist(), but I am wondering if there is a more elegant way of doing this :)
Thanks,
Einar
