I have a requirement to access customer emails from within a VFP app.
Ideally, I would like to have two buttons on a customer screen, to view emails sent and emails received to/from the customer.

Is there a way of setting up outlook so that all emails received/sent from partcular addresses are stored in parttcular named folders ?
If that was the case, presumably I could access these folders from within the app ??
