Hi,
The second item is easy, just setup a rule in the tools section to move the email to a specified folder when it arrives from user@whereever.com.

With the first item there are various ways to do it i.e. open outlook from the app, easy or read direct from outlook, a lot more involved.

Search the download section, there is code for doing it either way.
