>>>I need to update my ASP.NET app from 1.1 to 2.0. I seem to recall that one of the steps in updating (which I had done for another customer) is to go to the web site properties and change it from ASP.NET 1.1 to ASP.NET 2.0. But when I connect to this customer's server (2003) via Remote Desktop and go the Properties of the web site I don't see a tab that would bring me to the changing ASP.NET 1.1 to 2.0.

No. But if you will run 1.1 an 2.0 apps on the same IIS you should create at least 2 pools. You should assign 1.1 apps to one of the pools and 2.0 apps to other.
