That depends on your expertise, VFP developers could do better apps than VB guys or VICE-VERSA. VFP is Data-Centric programming language while VB is general purpose which lacks Data manipulation capabilities in the sense. When an application is purely on Database, VFP is much better than VB, but if you need better COM support for interfacing with other external tools, VB is better in this area.
