Wasn't it Segue, only pronounced segway? I could swear that was the spelling when they announced that the cops in Norfolk and here will be using those on the boardwalk. They do have horses and bicycles for Atlantic avenue, but neither is practical for the waterfront. They also plan to use them around stadiums and at other events where they need to be fast among pedestrians. Haven't seen one yet, though.
