The Visual FoxPro ODBC provider is not directly available from the Product Updates page you referenced. However, it is available from http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/updates/odbc/default.aspx (note the 'odbc' in the URL). You have your choice of an MSI (for installing on your own machine) or an MSM (for distribution in a Windows Installer setup package).
