Hi, Peter.
>IMO the twit filters should be public. That is, it should be visible to us all which persons have been filtered out by whom.

>If I filter out somebody, all others are allowed by me to know that. If somebody appears to filter me out, I won't hesitate to make that public here, whether that serves a goal or not.
Please notice that this is a personal opinion, and not a "corporate" repy from Level Extreme:
I think the twit filter, like filters you have available in most email clients, is a privacy feature. If you don't want to filter anyone, you are on your right, as well as you are if you don't want to subscribe to a particular forum or you don't want to read messages from someone. In the end, it is a personal choice, and you are not affecting anyone else.
I can't see your logic about having to make that public. It is a personal setting, almost the same as the forums you subscribe to or -out of UT- the blogs you read or your favorites. You may find useful or desirable to make that public, but can't ask anyboty to do it.
Regards,
