Hog roasting.... I agree, no propane. Give me the open fire over charcoal or hickory.

To me BBQ sauce is an acquired taste. When I first had it, I thought it was the most vile tasting thing (this coming from a person raised on KimChee). :)

Now it's one of my favorite food... but then again I'll eat just about anything. Except I don't like Indian food all that much.
