The FOPEN() function seems to work like the FOPEN() function of Clipper. I do not have the documentation here, but I know for sure thet the Clipper function allowed to open a file in SHARE mode. I'll take a look at it and will keep you informed. As far as I remember, the SHARE mode of Clipper worked based on a value of 64, but I'm not quite sure how it worked. Let me check it out.
