Is there a way to send an E-Mail (using VB.Net 2005) directly to a recipients E-Mail server, without the need for an intermediate server?

That sounded a bit confusing but in case you didn't understand, I want to send am E-Mail from my application, to (let's say) me, if a user tried to violate their license. But, I don't want to rely on the user entering in their E-Mail Service information. So I would like my app to connected directly to MY e-mail server and send the e-mail directly to me, without the need for username/password/etc.

Any ideas or info on this?
