Well, there are advantages and disadvantages. Among the disadvantages are that it is quite far from me (the Bolivian office is close to Cochabamba, but not quite in Cochabamba, rather, in a neighboring city).

Then, they are somewhat strict about "da rules", which is sometimes a nuisance.

A notable advantage includes a good health insurance: the national obligatory health insurance is lousy, so they set up their own system (must have gotten some special permission for this), which is exceptional for Bolivia.

AFAIK, we are the only ones. A different computer system was developed - using Oracle, I think - at HQ, and there was some pressure to use this system here. But apparently it was decided that it didn't entirely fit our needs, that it wasn't flexible enough, or something, so we started to develop something in VFP - and use this for some years now.
