Sweden can't do anything because all of their money goes into paying for the highest quality of living in the world (or near the highest anyway). Remember, we would all be better off if we moved to Sweden... :o)

I think (IMHO) that the other countries are reluctant to get involved given the religion of the primary guilty parties...

In this case, the U.S. is backing UN intervention but the UN decided (see the links) that genocide was not the intention although war crimes had been committed so no forced UN intervention is going to place yet.
