John,
we are using www.gotomeeting.com. It works really well for us. The signed in users are attached to one of our PCs. We use it for customer demos. I think we are paying $49 a month and can have up to 10 people signed in at the same time. It is an offshoot of GoToMyPc by Cisco. You can get a 30 day trial to try it out 1st.
John.

The particular audience is increasingly accustomed to work-at-home and/or outsourcing, so this is actually more convenient for them than a traditional onsite visit.

>The phone part is easy; all we need is the screen part. We know about MS's live meeting service as well as other providers offering simpler service for 10% of that cost. Obviously there is a fair bit of space in between! We're hoping somebody has had good experiences showing VFP screens using a particular provider or system they can recommend. We know you can do it with Messenger etc, but not all of these customers will have it. A browser version is what we need. We have IIS and Linux servers so we can host something ourselves if that's going to work best.
