We use Unlimited Conferencing, and it works well for the most part. We sometimes have issues getting it started, but that's mostly because my boss always forgets how to use it <g>. Also, users may have to get around pop-up blockers.

I'm going to try TightVNC when I get a chance. It comes with a browser-based Java client. If that doesn't work well, I'll look at gotomeeting.com and see if I like it better than unlimited.
