We have a common .dll that contains a few connection strings that we reference in several projects. Today I just noticed that when I view the .dll in NotePad, I can see the connection string along with other gobbelygook. Do I want to store the connection string encrypted in the .dll and decrypt it in the calling application, or is there a way I can make it not readable?
