Metin, I really think there is a language barrier here.

From my viewpoint, you see it as:

1. The Dutch were complicit (in collusion with the Serbs either by assisting or looking the other way) in the murder of Bosnian Muslims.

While I see it as:

1. The UN's failure to provide a well-equipped security force with a clear set of directives known to all (and available to the public) and the authority to act on those directives. I don't see that Bosnian, Muslim, Christian, East, or West has anything to do with it.
