I have been in some interesting places thanks to the Air Force. San Angelo, Texas - January 1965. At noon the temperature was 90 F. Less than four hours later it was 10 F!

Kansas City, Missouri April 1965 90 F at noon and 10 F at 1600. It was after April 15th, so uniform change day was in effect and we had our summer uniforms on. That was a cold trip home.

Lewistown, and Miles City, Montana are lovely in the winter, as is Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. Then there was Minot, North Dakota!

One lovely assignment saw us in -58 F with 40 mph winds.

Today I complain if it gets below 65 F, or above 75 F. As you can imagine, I complain a lot! :)
